Lyle Davidson

Owner of The Davidson Agency since 1999, and Sunflower Realty since 2003, Lyle is a native of Delphos. After graduating from Minneapolis High School and Bethany College with a BA in Mathematics Educaton, Lyle was a teacher and coach for 6 years. After stints at Halstead and Douglass, he finished as head football coach at Jefferson West. Lyle is married to Amanda, and they have two minor children, Spencer and Shelby. Outside of spending time with family, he is an avid hunter and golfer. Lyle's professional memberships include:

Melissa Kindall

Melissa is a native Kansan, born in Salina and graduating from Salina High School Central. She is married to husband Charlie and has a daughter Brooke and stepson Paden. Her hobbies include her two horses and anything related to horses. She enjoys trail rides and spending time with family, friends and horses. Having grown up on a small acreage outside of Salina, Melissa thoroughly enjoys being a farmers wife and all the thing related to that occupation.

Julie Nelson

After spending early childhood in Hope, KS, Julie moved to Delphos area in 1974. She graduated Minneapolis High school in 1976, RHEMA Bible Training Center 1988, and assists in the ministry of her church with pastor husband Barry. Julie joined The Davidson Agency in 1999 with Lyle, when Joe and Dixie both retired. Julie and Barry have 3 adult children, Melissa Deronnet, Kristina Harris, and Jacob, and 2 grandchildern, Myka & Kingston. In her rare spare time, Julie enjoys Creative Memory scrapbooking and spending time with family. Julie's professional memberships include:

Monte Nelson

A native of Minneapolis, Monte graduated from Minneapolis High School and received his B.S. from Kansas State University. Following a 7 year hiatus living (and skiing) in Colorado, Monte moved back to Minneapolis with his wife Holly and children Kersti and Ryker. Along with camping and mountain trips with his family, Monte enjoys participating in sports of all kinds. In addition to working for The Davidson Agency, Monte is also the Broker/Owner of Sunflower Realty located in Minneapolis. Monte's professional memberships include:

Kathie Roy

After growing up in Eudora, KS and obtaining an Associate of Applied Science from CCCC, Kathie moved to the Minneapolis area in 1984. She and husband David have 3 grown children, and four grandchildren, Brent, Spencer, Kiley and Bridget. Kathie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and birdwatching. Stacey Gawith

Growing up in Lincoln, KS, Stacey graduated from Lincoln High School. Went on to Cowley County Community College received Accounting Clerk degree, then went on to Heritage College and received her Massage Therapy Licenses. Just got married in May 2009 to a Delphos native, where he is working on a farm which brought Stacey to the area. Stacey enjoys being outside on the farm when she can, also enjoys making quilts, spending time with family and updating the house they just brought.
